CANCELLATION + NO SHOW : Untimely cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled, which in turn results in a loss of revenue. Time is valuable to all of us! Which is why the need for this policy. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out in advance 72hrs. 48hrs. 2hrs. Either by text, email or both. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a $40 reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. A deposit for all appointments will be required at the time of booking and will not be refunded or apply to a following scheduled appointment if the cancellation is last minute. REFUND POLICY : You are paying for my time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 24 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
