CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows create gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled, resulting in a loss of revenue. To ensure fairness, I have implemented the following policy: • Appointment Reminders: As a courtesy, reminders are sent 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment via text, email, or both. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a $40 reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. • Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will not be applied to future appointments if you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled time. • If I Have to Cancel: In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment for personal reasons, I will offer you a $40 discount on your rescheduled appointment as a courtesy. REFUND POLICY When you book an appointment, you are paying for my time, expertise, products, and other necessary expenses to provide you with the best service possible. Therefore, no refunds will be issued on services or products. • Dissatisfied with Your Service? If you are unhappy with the results, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If the issue is due to the application or product, I will offer a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up to address the problem. • After 24 Hours: Any concerns raised after 24 hours, or failure to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will require a full-priced service to correct the issue. WORK FROM OTHER ARTISTS At Beauty Under the Rain, my priority is your lash health, eye safety, and quality of work. • If you are booking a one-hour touch-up fill on lashes applied by another artist, your extensions must be in good condition. If I need to spend time correcting previous work, there will be less time to apply new extensions. • No Complimentary Touch-Ups will be offered for touch-ups on another artist’s work. If your goal is just to achieve a fuller look, the existing extensions will remain untouched during the service. • Foreign Fills: If you are transitioning from another artist’s work and want a different look or different types of extensions, changes will be made gradually over multiple appointments. I will discuss your options and explain everything before beginning your service.
